You are right, but have you tried to upload a not-aminated .gif file? What will happen? If you try to upload animated files it gives this error: Animated GIF images are not allowed When I upload normal gif file, it's ok. You are right, but have you tried to upload a not-aminated .gif file? What will happen? Non-animated .gif images display fine. Only animated .gifs are disallowed. What's an example of a non-animated .gif? When you are creating a picture (example : on PS) you can save it as .gif, that (if there is not animation) is a .gif file with a poor quality. In this case I use always png image. |
