I just did a little research into it and its no different to designing any other UI, so I'm sure I could put something nice together. What coin will the wallet be based on? Yep no probs, customising WP themes is an easy one for me, markup, css and js if need be. And the vectors shouldn't be a problem either, just so long as you give me a reasonable brief. Usually my rate is around 70-100/hour when I contract for studios. But I know not everyone has agency sized wallets, and your project looks pretty straightforward.
