He then contacted another person who scammed him for an exact rip of an existing website on Freelancer.Now he has spent his money on that, he doesn't have any to pay me for my script which he wants again. Besides the auction ends "1 minute after first bid" which means you're actually selling it, not auctioning it, and the price is 0.2 BTC, the same as the loan. I don't think you have any intention to repay this loan. IMO you're just trying to disguise a sale as a loan in this thread and as an auction in the other thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1021204.0). I would not recommend anybody to fill this loan. That's why you should not offer the goods anywhere else if you're auctioning them.
