well i impulsively bought a domain recently, and so i've been coming up with the idea to run an internet radio station where people can request to have their music uploaded and played on the servers as well. on top of that perhaps some text feeds ie blogs/news.. oh and a big button that says "give me your bitcoins" and clicking it does just that

Basically most content is allowed besides the obvious; pornography, illegal malware / tools / scripts, copyrighted material, etc.

So yes you can host something Bitcoin related, it might be a good idea to PM me with what exactly you plan on running, but unless it's a darknet marketplace. I'm sure you'll be fine.

To an extent, as most hosts with current technology would. Yes you can pay yearly or monthly, depends on which package you are interested in but yes there is a discount.

Compared to other commercial SSD hosts, your prices are a bit expensive and your plans aren't all that inclusive imho.

Not just a year. A lot of them require (for the lower costs) 3-10 years depending on the host. A month-to-month deal for < $2 is solid.

I'm already taken, though, with a great host I've been with for over a year. It's $3.50 for mine but is the equivalent of the middle between the Start Up/Business plan (or about $7.50 with you).

With that said, this isn't any less of a great deal, and accepting cryptos definitely adds value. Most of the crypto hosts are seriously price gouging for the anonymity so it's awesome to see someone with decent prices! So if you're around for a long time (and have been) so people can rely on the host year after year, this is a huge +1 from me.

Giving a free bump while asking this publicly (I can't be the only one curious). How long has your business been up and running? Or more specifically, how long has the host been running? And let's say you had to shut down tomorrow for some reason (people close businesses for all sorts of reasons): would there be enough of a heads-up for people to back up/download a backup of their sites?

VISFIRM, has been running for just about a year now (which includes the host). Shutting down tomorrow would not be an option. Considering I'm an affiliate marketer and I have several of my own domains hosted, not to mention one of my businesses are all hosted on the same servers I won't be planning on shutting down anytime soon, regardless if the hosting business is bad or not.

As for the heads-up for people to back up / download their sites. Backups are done daily. Our solid-state drives are placed in RAID-6 configuration with extra backup drives to ensure data integrity throughout our SSD hosting servers.

Awesome to hear, and thanks for answering! Do you happen to have an affiliate program as well? I'm actually working on something somewhat unrelated, but will likely delve a bit into helping refer people to hosting options. Yours is the only BTC-friendly one I've found that isn't ridiculously overpriced ($20+ a month for a crappy package is NOT a good deal).

i tried to order a starter pack pack but where should i put the service duration (6 months or 12 months)? All i get is for 1 month only. Do i have to renew it every month?

Also i would like to know if i could use the starter pack to host more than one sites (1 wordpress site + 4 more static sites, actually landing pages)
