Teamviewer isn't even in the text you quoted. Additionally if you properly configure your teamviewer it can be a safe way to access another persons computer, such as allowing them to view but not interact etc. but definitely do not give them the ability to black your screen and disable your keyboard/mouse or you just gave away the farm. People can find out your IP address easily with skype, a forum is a bad place to have your skype username publicly posted. You never know what people are going to see it.
