Any punitive measure are going to be worthless to a lender as it will not allow them to collect the amount they lent to you.What collateral do you have to offer to secure the loan? All you'll get is negative trust. So either post the collateral or lock this thread. But using borrowed money repays existing debt, which will make you fall into the debt hole forever. You should earn, pay the loan and save the money.
