I'd like to make a list of all remittance services that revolve around cryptos.

I didn't think M-Pesa involves BTC or any cryptocurrency. Does it? Would be cool if it does.

But the services in the bottom part are to exchange btc to fiat and not to send money, am I right¿

I think you are right, I don't see any cryptocurrency involved in M-Pesa, only in Bitpesa with bitcoin involved
