I'm not bashful.  The last 2 Neps I purchased were $500 each + $80 shipping to 65202.  Are all the dies working and hashing above 3.3th? I'd do 1-4 at that price.

I like the SP20, but they are pricey compared to a stable Nep.  Unstable Nep is a completely different story :)

Yes.

(3) Do you offer any discounts to people making bulk buys?

Yes. Furthermore, freight forwarding for "bulk buys" will covered (and defined) for the buyer. Otherwise, the buyer will incur shipping costs and provide a valid shipping label and associated insurance coverage.  


(4) Do you have any starting prices for these units?

The prices in mind are fair market value (ie. just do an ebay search for an individual unit). As stated, discounts for bulk buys will apply. All good offers in BTC/LTC at current market rates will be considered and publically rejected or negotiated.

Just an example, if this said S2 instead of S4, and he wanted QTY 4-6 of them then we'd have a negotiation. Likely to the price point of the buyer with shipping to be included by the seller.

Understood NCSUPanda. As long as we can agree that $580 (shipped) for a Neptune and $195 for an S4 is a more than little below market value, I think we have no quarrel here.

Market value is very fluid right now.  Especially since bitcoin is so low there's absolutely no ROI and actually made worse.  I doubt your price would really be that bad 2 months ago.  You can still get those prices occasionally on Ebay when there's a few bidders.  In regards to the Neptunes, they are very fickle and the chance of not having an ebay dispute will be slim.  They have rightly so received a bad reputation, but I've had decent luck with them and have purchased 4 so far between $.17-$.21/gh.

Again, not trying to deride your thread as you may get someone who wants them and you both agree as to what market value is currently.

So the Neptunes are all rock solid even have 1 spare cube on one miner running over 4th there are 1-2 dead dies between the 4 miners that come on and off but all miners run 3.2-3.4TH each with 1 miner extra cube runs 4TH. All original boxes except the extra cube also have power supplies all have been running stable for months 0 Downtime. As stated above ebay is spotty on what you get I am not a noob on the forums or to selling on ebay. Some miners S4 already have bids over $200 so those are now off the table for sale on the forums. I prefer to get out of mining right now as our facility is coming off lease and want to consolidate down to only a handful of miners

also, with everything combined, what is the weekly or monthly ROI?

Currently its split up on 2 Pools But ballpark its about .5 BTC a day. Overseas shipping is hard to ship the whole package we would have to do freight to keep the cost down if you want to investigate the cost from a commercial location in NY PM me and we can talk.

I don't want to bash on you, but I see a more reasonable price at 30BTC. You might interest more people.

I only say this because call it 23 for equipment, 3 for shipping, and 4 for covering the "lowball pricing".

Not many people buy equipment that won't roi in 3 months with free electricity.

Its the same deal. I am negotiable on the price but 30BTC is to low unles sbuyer wants to do local pickup then id consider it

No counter offer on something in between? .5BTC is pretty low considering the machines sell for $300-$350 USD I am open to a counter offer but $110 is a pretty low ball offer

They are selling for under $200 on ebay.  The BIN ads are nonsense...the open auctions are the only ones getting any action and it's all below $200
The shipping is a real killer for these.  Anyone not able to pick them up has to mine almost a full month JUST to pay for the shipping, which significantly limits the pool of potential buyers.

I definitely feel your pain but all I can do is make an offer that is +EV for me.

s4 sold for 1.9btc you charged 4.5 for two with pickup so cudos to you on that one but ebay prices are not a general thing here?

If you are using ebay as the basis for pricing slice off 15% for fees, also consider that fiat is the primary payment mechanism in that case providing ready access to credit for buyers...

In any case given all of the back and forth on different pieces of hardware please cut to the chase and provide me a price for all of the Neptunes, and SP20s.. I am in the US, a few hundred miles away, FedEx Home Delivery is very inexpensive..

Lets start with what you believe fair market FIAT value is for the individual items and we can work to a Decision obviously shipping is going to be killer I am willing to deliver within a reasonable driving distance if the deal is fair. Obviously there is a difference between ebay and a forum I dont expect the same value but I am also trying to take into account that BTC is low which is the motivating factor in making the sell. Have to make room for new inventory is the other :)

Yes it's a commercial address.  Do all of the dies on the cubes run at stock settings?

yes but there are 2-3 dies in the bunch that do occasionally shut down and turn back on, none are totally dead I also have it undervolted so you may have different results I can document each cube and setting for you I also have that extra cube to make up for the occasional dies that dont stay on

Yeah, shoot up some pics of the settings.  What are you getting TH wise undervolted with the 4+1?  Heading off to bed, I'll take a look at them when I get to the office in the morning.

I cant shipping alone is going to cost me $200 i Think the price for the miners is fair but unless your buying the whole lot i cant include shipping at that price

AS you know those guys are heavy and I have shipped before and very often they get damaged by UPS even using the original boxes can you give me zip code if its within and 8 hour drive I am willing to drive to deliver if you want to take all 6 or we can meet someplace in the middle I prefer that or to ship them via Freight on a skid to avoid UPS tossing them around if you know what i mean

I've never had problems with an S2 being destroyed by UPS. I've used them before and not had issue.

What are you looking for different quantities? For example, do you give a discount if someone purchases 6?

I just prefer to deal with only a few reputable members of the community so yes a buyer interested in 6 with a reasonable offer would outweigh a higher offer from a buyer interested in 1-2 pieces. I just sold (4) Neptunes + (2) SP20's to one buyer

as for UPS I had one Sold Destroyed and one purchased also damaged on its way to me they also Claim the manufacturers box is not 3 ply cardboard and fought me on an insurance claim. I said 3 ply cardboard does not protect a Computer from being dropped and causing internal damage I am still fighting that claim with them

FedEx wrecked one of mine.  Luckily I was able to bend it back into shape and the electronics were ok.

Mine was worse all the cards got jammed around and lost a bunch of resistors, the backplane was damaged so it was unusable after testing all 10 cards i think 2 were working out of 10
