Both fighters have different styles and will be hard to counteract. Manny is fast and agile whereas Floyd has more strength and can take the hits. Many people want Manny to win because he's the underdog but he's also more likeable and humble, wheras Mayweather is arrogant. Better combination of defense and counterpunching. Manny will go balls out, attacking the shit out of him, as is his style. If he can't get to him, Floyd outboxes him and wins. Pretty good odds at an enhanced special of 5/1. I think he will get knocked down at one point but I could see the fight going all the way or Floyd winning by KO in the later stages. It was only ever all about the money. The fight was disappointing and was pretty evenly matched. They should probably do a rematch since Floyd has 1 fight left on his contract as it'd be the biggest payday he'll get over all the other boxers he could fight. Might as well give the dissapointed fans another chance to see a decent fight. |
