I don't think it's malice, just the effect of self delusion. How is open sale of the Silbert "fund" or the Winklevoss fund supposed to pump prices anyway? Hello, people, it has the word sale in it, which means all those bonds who are right now tied up and kept hoarded gonna hit the market. That supply must compete with traditional exchanges and all it is doing is increasing the ask side. If eventually demand for those bonds will be high enough is totally open.
