Title: I need Help quick Post by: DarkKnightNomeD on May 28, 2011, 05:36:32 AM Right now i got everything on my Mining Machine Working
the only thing not working right now is OVERCLOCKING / Underclocking I have used ATI Tray, MSI Afterburner, and as well Riva tuner does not work with 5850 ati radeon (Gigabyte) What i need right now is advice on what PROGRAM i can use, RIGHT NOW i need to be able to Change my CLOCKING Ranges, Minimums and Maximums settings to lets say 500 to 800 to GPU Core CLock and like 500 to 1200 range for Memory Because at this Moment and time EVERY SINGLE F#$#$!@# Time i try to Lower the GPU Core Clock Setting Below 760, it does NOT work, it just Stays at 760, it WILL not Lower itself to 650 or even 725 Title: Re: I need Help quick Post by: DarkKnightNomeD on May 28, 2011, 05:39:26 AM also i forgot to add, i have 2 video cards, i need to change both clocking ranges, i need to increase minimums and maximum ranges

My 5850 disagrees with you. :) It is running stably and at its best @ 950 MHz core/180 MHz memory. I guess it just depends on the individual card. Yea I think it has to do with the individual card as well, I just for the life of me could not get it stable. Oh well its still pretty cool even with the higher mem. As far as lowering your minimums rbe editor is the easist way to do it. Basically edit your bios so your fans are always 100%, ram mins and maxs, etc, etc there is a little bit of a learning curve to the software.
