I just bought a MSI Motherboard with 5 PCIe slots, but it looks like you can only fit 4 cards on the board, so I have decided to go with 4, 6950 which I have all installed correctly on the board. However, windows and my GUI miner is only picking up the 1 card that my monitor is plugged into. Also I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, Please help. Thanks! There are some youtube videos on how to make dummy plugs and some site that sell them basically you need some resistors and a digital to vga adapter or you can use linux and you wont need the dummy plugs...

Post by: SomeoneWeird on May 28, 2011, 05:47:56 AM If you only have 1 monitor, you probably need to buy some dummy plugs, or a workaround MAY be, start mining on your first card, plug the monitor into the second, start mining on that, rinse and repeat :)

Disable crossfire, install your plugs and enjoy mining
