Generally speaking these prices are very good - one shoud be able to get 1.9 BTC on eBay at *minimum* for the 1 BTC coins. Probably more. Well, with eBay you have sellers fees + paypal fees + chargeback risk... The issue is selling pre-loaded coins here in the USA requires a MSB license. True, and that's why at Denarium (https://denarium.com) we also have empty coins. It's very unfortunate though. The loaded coins are much more interesting and the US is a big market. For Denarium we have a strict policy on this but the Casascius coins I can consider a one-time person to person trade, which we may be able to handle differently.
