I have used it, but some people told me it not always send the bitcoins. Is that true?

I can't confirm or deny that you'll get paid for every video watched
I been using it for over a week and have no idea how many I watched vs how many I got paid for

I can confirm that I don't get paid for every cointube video I watch and I watch each of them all the way through.

Ill have a go hopefully they send me some :)

the site says they only pay every 15 minutes
payment transfers can take several minutes to show up and even hrs before they are confirmed
are u sure the payments didn't come some time later or in as a combined payment for several watched videos.  I know they have combined payments to me several times

they also state Earn up to 0.4 mBTC per video watched NOT 0.4 mBTC per video

UPDATE
I just did a test    Watched 3 videos over a hr using different pay addresses
got 2 payments about an hr apart on one
got 2 payments about 45 min apart on one
single payment on the other
total = 1.1 mBTC

Tried it and got paid :) but the vids are not  that great. U should get better videos.

Great idea for a site. i think bitcoin is perfect for these types of sites, instant payout with no extra bs fees.

I was keeping it running in the background and made 4.5mBTC not great but now it says no more videos available oh well im bored of that now though.

I have tried a few times and was paid. But I am not sure if I was paid for all the videos I had watched.

Depending on the amount of videos you have watched it may send the payment as one instead of three or four smaller transactions.

Why would anyone watch videos, to earn some really small bitcoin dust?
The thing is, when you will even take a lot of effort to collect it, and if you are going to spend a lot of time on watching these whole videos, the payment made to you will be really small.
It is not only because of the satoshi amount per one captcha, but also because how do you collect your money- if you have many inputs and just one output, that will increase your fee dramatically, so collecting the dust lately, is not worth it at all.

Seriously, it is just better to find some even low-payed job, you will still earn more than from completing captchas.

I tried to click the link offered by the OP but it always links me to facebook through some funny ad campaign landing. I have scanned my PC with Eset Smart Security right now and I am sure my PC is clean from virus, trojans or spyware. Why it is happening , I never keep history on my PC and always browse in private window through firefox. The problem is happening with every other browser though. What could be the problem ?

I always she watched video for bitcoin, click ads for bitcoin and faucet as a wait of time, mb and energy. If you really want to make bitcoin then became either miner, trader, website developers e.t.c these all demands skills and knowledge make just 0.0001btc from my countries of origin is like nothing as the cost of Internet will ever place you in loses.
