I'm in the same position.. joined forum last week and have only gotten 1 person to sell me btc with paypal.  I've used paypal for years so I don't understand the lack of trust for it... but to each their own.

Same thing happens on craigslist.  9/10 times you mention paypal and people run for the hills.

It's really easy to commit chargeback fraud with Paypal. Also, from what I understand, Paypal won't help you out if you've been a victim of BTC chargeback fraud.

meh... I paid the guy in my thread via gift payment which I don't think you can charge back since it's labeled as 'gift'.

Is it weird that I consider it more suspicious that somebody doesn't want to take paypal as a payment as opposed to somebody who wants to pay with paypal?

I lost a lot of money because of paypal.

Really. Don't use it.

Yes, that's weird. Someone accepting a PayPal payment from a stranger is at very high risk of being defrauded.

Why don't you just use an exchange that accepts paypal?

What is a recommended exchange that accepts PayPal, in your opinion?
