I have cash in hand and need coin now I can do this for PayPal There are few people that are willing to sell their coins at a discount (even if it is small), and if you need bitcoin now then it would be advisable to offer a small premium to encourage people to sell to you that might not otherwise be interested in selling. Take pictures of your receipts of purchase as well. This will aid in you being able to get a higher % on return per card.
