You need some reputation BEFORE you can ask for a loan .... it's simple because you get a credit rating based on your reputation.

Furthermore you are offering 68,77% interest, that's staggering !  ;)

For what reason do you need these coins ?

Why should anybody trust you ?

Are you willing to provide a scan of your ID (or a photo with a shoe on your head) ?
(ID scan only to serious investors, private message only)

I'm pretty broke right now,
just wanted to give you an advice how things are working.
 :)

not realy, all of you are new on bitcointalk.org
I was being sarcastic.

Are you willing to provide a scan of your ID (or a photo with a shoe on your head) ?
(ID scan only to serious investors, private message only)
haha i can give my id number if needed
I don't think that he was joking. You're new. You have no reputation. You want a big loan. You will need to provide some evidence that the id number, you are willing to give, really belongs to you. Like a photo with your id card next to your face and some kind of "unique" photo as the requested "shoe on head" to proof the id photo isn't stolen from someone else.

What do you really want the coins for?

And yet again...... you did not answer why anyone should trust you.

As said before, a simple (made up,stolen, faked) ID number won't do it. Make it a scan of your real id and a unique photo of you doing something and you have a deal.

really just cuz i am new to a forum im a scammer makes no sense to me  ???
It's been done many times before, you are not the first one signing up here and instantly asking for a loan. So the answer is YES, you smell like a scammer (a 12 year old scammer who uses "cuz"). You're the new guy asking for a loan, promising 160% refund but you are refusing to provide any security at all...

If you're not a scammer, why do you keep acting stupid on purpose then?

Where do you want to buy the ram?

I can give the id - but why?

Is this because of the credit rating ?

If so - how would you know its not the same user with two btc addresses of his own ?

Anyways - neither I nor btcbeast care about the credit rating so much at the moment... 2.37 btc is so little...

Its good news he is willing to pay - after not responding here.

Spenzert - can you ask him to post the transaction id here - so that I can check if sth went wrong ?

EDIT: I think he used the wrong btc address to send to. Why did  not he answer my PM-s here ?

Anyways I am waiting to contact him over PM/email . When we have a transaction id to show - will post here.

For the record he never posted here or a PM or  answered email so far.

He may still be honest - allbeit not serious enough. He may have used some wrong address.

Whatever. If he does not pay I will find him and cause him damage for 10-200 btc. I have my ways ;)

But that is not the good decision most of the time.
Everyone can create an account, make 11 posts and be nice with you...
He probably were on BTC-E trying to sell your Bitcoins... :-X

well of course everyone can be nice. But I've questioned him in PM-s about several things and by the logical (where he works, age, town etc... ) and subconscious layers (I just feel when a man is honest/dishonest - call me a psychic :) ) ...  so it was clear that he wont scam me...

Lets say I made an experiment with human kind's inherent honesty :)

so today I received this email:

On Fri, September 7, 2012 04:18, Btc Beast wrote:
> yeah dude wow i sent the bitcoin to the address you gave me before must
> have fucked it up fml dude sorry.
>

And now we will find what went wrong and think how to fix it...

Seriously for 10-20 usd the time wasted is not even worth it :)

But in the end if all goes well - I made 1-2 new friends..

After you send or after I receive - we will post the transaction details here to clean you name.

OK.

I gave you another address over email - whichever of the two u use - I will receive the coins .

I gave you this one in email: 13TweV2H42ANr4UVkx4AXHkBnH2qpWnr4C

I am gonna hang out in btc-e's chat - additionally mtgox's ANTI-privacy policy makes me hate them and so I will seek alternatives - btc-e seems a good one... needs research

I told him that he has made a mistake somehow...

And he said via email "fml - I will pay you again - I have to gather the money..."

In my experiences, getting loans for something you can buy later on with a little patience is not the way to run your finances. Put up some collateral for the loan (like photos mentioned above) or just wait.

You can't wait a week? You could buy better ram then, or more.

What do you really want the coins for?
It would be very interesting if there were loan sharks out there for the BTC.

If it were possible, someone could make a Credit BTC loan system and ask for rather large interest rates to cover for fluctuations in the market price and against potential losses. It would very probably go against the BTC philosophy, but I wonder if it would be profitable?

The only problem is there is no real enforcement or pressure mechanism to repay BTCredit purchases.

(Unless you have some kind of fiat money "risk pre-payment" system to punish for defaulting or something?)

The way to do it would be to have risk pools. High risk pools = high interest rate (essentially those shitty payday loan places). As you prove your reliability and trustworthiness, you move to lower risk and lower interest.

Of course, there will be deadbeats and scammers, possibly some playing the long game. But as long as enough people pay back to cover losses plus a profit, you could still make bank. Not something I would want to put my money in though.
