Try starting somewhere you can't charge back 6 months afters closing the deal. I advise everyone to stay away unless OP offers a non-reversible payment method and agrees to use escrow. Make sure not to deal with him without using a trusted escrow. If he doesn't agree that confirms he wants to scam you.
