If you refuse this, you are most probably a scammer. Only a scammer would make such a shitty post and ask for $150 for such a shitty thing and that too taking to an external site. I dont recommend anyone to do this. Give out 2-3 vouch copies to people who are willing to do the method provided in this Ebook to its full extent. Choose reputable Hero members. Next, use an escrow for every download to ensure buyers are not paying $149 for a picture of a giant cookie. Use an escrow agent who is able to escrow digital downloads. Lastly, put basic previews of the contents in the OP even after vouch copy reviews to give people an idea of what this is about. It's almost like you're not even trying to pitch the Ebook which makes me believe the contents of that download is a bunch of rubbish.
