Will the in-game credits also be integrated with the Ripple ledger? It would be cool to have the in-game credits freely tradable with any other crypto, fiat, bullion or asset within Ripple's decentralized exchange.

Yes, it is on the backlog list, its is just the matter of time/crowd-funding progress to get the resources to put it in place.
(probably it won't be in the 1.0 version though, but hopefully by the end of this year Prosperity Games gets there)
