This is big brother but no one seems to care that we no longer have our constitutional rights any more. Obama promised an end to this crap but all we got was more of the same. Sites like bitcointalk have very little if no power to protect themselves and their users from the government taking any information they want. It makes me sad.

They have no idea who is holding what. They are going to systematically go through EVERYTHING and look for prosecutable crimes. Then they are going to find out who is who and where they live, work, favorite color. when the subpenas come out they will know the answers to most of the questions at the interrogation. If you are not a crook then it will just be an invasion of privacy. If you are a crook your life may be ruined by this. Jail time, fines, never getting a real job again; it will suck to be you. The upper and middle management of BFL needs much-needed jail time. Much deserved jail time, and took way too long for this to happen as well.
