Everybody going crazy in the forum since nobody can transfer coins out of local bitcoins.

They still have about 50 bitcoins in their normal hot wallet addresses, not sure how that plays a role. They usually reuse the same internal addresses all the time, but the address the 800+ BTC went to is new.
