It's absolutely clear you were trying to trick the lender into thinking you would pay back when the truth is you were trying to sell it and default the loan. That's very untrustworthy. You can't just ask for a loan without any intention to repay. If you want to sell then don't say it's a loan. Fortunately nobody fell into this.
