Title: ICICI bank is very unprofessional Post by: erikalui on April 28, 2015, 06:27:46 PM I submitted my documents 2 weeks back for opening and account and I have noticed that they have yet not opened my bank :-\
They have stopped accepting ration card and electricity bills as address proof as well and hence I submitted my voters ID card but still they dint yet open my account. Two weeks back I got an SMS about my request being processed and still no response from them. I have other bank accounts as well and it has never taken more than a week. HDFC opened my bank account in 2 days but this bank is just delaying. ??? I am planning to close my account as soon as it gets opened I don't want to have any association with such a bank that does not value its customers >:( Title: Re: ICICI bank is very unprofessional Post by: RocketSingh on April 28, 2015, 10:43:23 PM Why dont you go with Government banks like SBI, Allahabad Bank, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda etc. ? SBI is pretty professional now a days...

SBI is pretty professional now a days... I had an account with Bank of Baroda but the interest rates are quite low and the staff as well is very rude. I have tried the other banks but am considering SBI. Their TAT is exceptional well and all well qualified and energetic official will make you feel good and they will stick to their words and give you the best services in the best possible way.

They should come to you to make an account . |
