As long as you post once in the 14 day period then your activity will move up 14 points. Thats how it works.

Anyways, the activity is basically if you posted in the time frame. If you DID post, your activity increases. Even if the post was deleted, you still MADE that post and thus the activity will stay. You can't have a scenario where you have more activity than posts. Been there, done that, got burned.
