Buyer will get s signed message from me that I'm sold them the account from my loan collateral after default.

What if defaulted account owners try to get it back with a signed message from their BTC address? I guess incase of this, you will repay the original amount , right?

we can use quickseller or master-p escrow service
they both are providing escrow for forum accounts (buyer pay any escrow fees)
master-p is giving free service while quickseller is paid

if you have other escrow in mind then I am ok with them as long as they are reputable member with trust rating

i think master-p and quickseller is offline , so i have contacted muhammed zakir (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=320943) to escrow our transaction , also check the potential activity accounts .

Both master-p and Quickseller turn off their online status. Check whether last online is near to current forum time. If yes, they are most probably online.

Anyway, I escrowed and deal went well.
