It is not possible to literally "take over the github" without the cooperation of the original dev, but you can easily fork the open-source code, and/or put a modified copy on your own Github account. ...and make a fresh new thread here to announce the updates. So what would happen if the coin was listed on exchanges? Would they have to update to your version of any updates or new github? |
