I want to know how one gets added in a default trust list?
Can someone help please?

Someone on default trust needs to add you.

Leave accurate feedback and eventually, you may get added to default trust list


Now, trust depth 2 is default depth. So you will have to be added by a person in trust depth 1 or by DefaultTrust(default depth 0).

Provide accurate trust feedbacks on other users and a user on Default Trust or Default trust itself will add you to their's own trust lists, soon or later.

Not exactly, but it is your opinion. A lot of users were added after a few months/years and due their activity and honesty here in this forum. Maybe you will be added one day, who knows ;).

I think OP is asking about how the DefaultTrust depth 0 is selected, not 1 & 2.

DefaultTrust and default trust list are different. DefaultTrust is an account maintained by admin. Whoever, DefaultTrust adds will be in default trust depth 1. There won't be anyone other than DefaultTrust in default trust depth 0. I am sure he is not asking what you think.

I think he meant "I want to know how one gets added in a default trust list?"  So most probable the Depth 2 of the 'actual' defaultTrust list and some users here already gave him an exhaustive reply to his question.

If you need default trust to add you , you need trade with them or provide a professional service.
It's not easy to being added by them but at least you have try to provide a positive attitude through this forum

It is possible. The main rule is to put accurate feedback. If you are  trading with them and/or providing a professional service but not leaving accurate feedback, you won't be added. If they add you, they will be risking their power/reputation.

I don't really know much about trust but as it appears from Trust Settings.
Theymos has added some selected members in his trust list (DefaultTrust) and they are considered as Default Trust Depth 1 while the DefaultTrust itself is depth 0.
When someone from Depth 1 adds someone to their own trustlist , the person comes up in DefaultTrust Depth 2 and so on. But the Original dafaultTrust is considered only till Depth 2 though it extends till Depth 4. you're free to edit your own List to add or remove certain members you want.
I understand your query is about how to get added to a default list , you certainly can't hope for Depth 1 , so you can get to Depth 2 only if one of those selected member from Depth  add you to their Trust List.

DefaultTrust list isn't theymos' personal trust list. theymos does have different trust list.

This is not true. You absolutely should not be adding people to your trust list just because you trade with them. Anyone that engages in this practice should absolutely not be in "level 1" default trust (aka in DefaultTrust's trust list)

When  i was writing my post ,i thought about that DefaultTrust might be another Account but i wasn't able to find it , maybe it's hidden or something.
Yes i do understand DefaultTrust and Default Trust are different, i think i got confused with the space there while typing :D

Be active in trading and helpfulness.

The less you care about DefaultTrust status; the more likely you're to be added.

I dont care about being added or not.
Actually I dont get this trust system and just had a question in my mind.
I thought they were decided earlier when forum was made and on later stage I thought everyone who has a green trust is in default trust.
But no, I saw many people with green trust but not in default trust list so I decided on to ask about it in Meta.

I would be happy if I help the forum and do some good trades and eventually I will be added in the default trust list.

I honestly find the default trust list not good enough as some are abusing it as well. Only if a member wants their feedback to be valued and they want to prevent scams, being added to the default trust list would be beneficial but by doing successful trades wouldn't be enough to get in that list. It's the trust feedback/negative feedback that matters and gives you a reputation on the forum which you can earn even without being on the default trust list.

Checking your trust ratings, it appears that you haven't given any reference link which can make your feedback valid. It's important to specify a reference.
