Have you tried searching for an offer in localbitcoins? That could help you, too. Usually it would only take a couple of hours for you to get your bitcoins.

Chances are there'll be someone within 5 miles of you that'll accept cash. Conversion rates usually float at around 8 - 20% which isnt that bad considering you'd pay with cash ;D
