I use online wallets but I think you just need to copy and backup the wallet.dat files in both of your wallets then add them files back into your new wallets.

wallet.dat stores the addresses?
if so it might be enough... any more comments? :)

Use the 'backup wallet' feature in the menu. It will allow saving a copy of wallet.dat, which you can place in the datadir on your new computer.

You can also just copy the wallet.dat file, but don't do so while the program is running, or hasn't shut down cleanly.

where can i find wallet.dat (both for bitcoin and litecoin) on mountain lion?
~/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/ is what bitcoin wiki says but i don't have any folder named Bitcoin nor Litecoin :(
