It so happened that a couple of months ago, blocked my account busminer, admit that he was guilty and strong HYIP carried away ... I promise no longer any HYIP and referral links and other violations of the rules of the conference, this account as very dear to me and I hope I will be able to get it back,really I hope your indulgence and understanding.

If you were banned for anything to do with HYIP spam then I vote you go away forever. HYIP spam/scams have been plaguing the forum for a long time now and has made it overall worse.

Strongly carried away and do not ponemaet that lost a lot of money, I lost an Account :( I realized all this and more will never happen again.

You mean that you got banned for running a HYIP ? Because it is not against the rules, there is even a special section for it. I do not like it or recommend it but it is not against the rules as far as i know.

I do not think he was banned because he was running an HYIP or ponzi scheme, most probable he was banned due the spam that he has generated here in the forum.

Spam in what way because as i said before and reported before there was one user spamming his own thread with posts every hour having like 15 posts only from him and he never got banned.

Edit: now that i think about it im not sure if he got banned, there should be a message to show you if someone who you reported got banned

Maybe try to wait 30-45 days and 'make an appeal' to theymos, he 'may' unban you ;) (good luck).

You should write only 'one' appeal, make more than one can extend the reply from theymos or the unban, wait... (If the ban was justified I do not think you will be unbanned, and I am sure the ban is justified).

Spam in generally, it is a simple rule ... if you spam you'll be banned. Scam are not against the forum rules, it's two different things (as you know).

I lost an account, too...
i think a child board under META like "Banned Accounts" where
the moderator who has applied the ban explain in a few words the motivation,
could help the banned user to understand better his errors.. and non banned users to understand better behaviours to avoid!

I looked through your messages and can add more reasons:
Many referral spam cryptominer service and LTBC forum in several sections at the same time; thread hijacking at least several dozens of times with links on your topics about LTBC forum and cryptominer service.

So you just made too much referral spam but i think you know it.

Its not a single account that is banned. All accounts you touch are banned. You the person behind the account and any other accounts are banned. If your other account is banned you cant just make a new one and keep going while you wait for the ban on your main to wear off.

You continue to break the rules, you have been posting with this account outside the meta section plenty of times, how can you even think that your account will be returned to you? You should get banned with this account as well.

Nice try on deleting the posts that you made outside this section, you do know that the admin can recover them right? Anyways it does not matter since you will not be unbanned as already stated before.

I don't think you are getting it back.  It was a while back but if you look in your account your posting in it did post in other spots after asking about this thread so it would appear ban evasion, even though it was back a while.

So it is possible you never get it seeing a ban evasion.  And first ban looked permenate to.   So it's possible you have reason for 2 seperate perma bans so that is hard to get account back I would think.

I think it's time to let it go to be honest on hope.  I spotted to perma ban reasons without any mod tools.   Getting one back with just one perma ban reason is not easy, with multiple it just gets less and less likely in my eyes.

Also I wonder if OP really stayed off forums or has another user.  Mods would be ones checking on this.  But I think a lot try a new account thinking they will stay under radar... which eventually they will catch.

It looks like the OP has been making many posts outside of meta as of recently.

He has also been begging for his account to be unlocked for so long, that he is now a senior member and is participating in a signature campaign, which I find hilariously ironic.

Guys these few years I did not lose hope, this account for me is very important since it began my crypto life, I promise not just what kind of wrong posts only participation in companies, I'm an ordinary guy from Ukraine, we have war and crypto currency, the only way for me to make money and Feed my family.
