Today is now a two nicotine patch day. It's probably written somewhere but never enacted unless it somehow ties you to it, like them hiding it in your home. No, but if I had a website up and was able to track IP addresses of the bank robber, thus possibly nabbing him before he gets away, and everybody knew that I could aid in finding the bank robber, wouldn't it be to the best interest of those who got robbed to provide said IP address to the proper authorities, regardless whom the proper authorities may be?
