Title: BTC-e exchange
Post by: clementinal on May 06, 2015, 12:34:32 PM
So its been 15 days since i transferred fiat to BTC-e account. Still its not in my account. Support messaging doesn't say more than "today maybe not. In the future".
I assume i'd get a more accurate answer if i wrote in russian, but still.

Does anyone else have problems with moving fiat out/in BTC-e accounts?

I called my bank, they said to contact institution connected to wire transfers. They say that the money has reached destination point, but at BTC-e the balance is the same as it was before.

BTC-e have always had problems and so it's the least recommended exchange I have ever witnessed in this forum.
Proceed with caution, get your money out from them, then don't go there back.

yeah you can try to contact them with Russian language, go to Russia Section and find someone who can help you to translate to Russian language.
I heard their support in Russia is good. Maybe they are lazy to answer the question in English :P
Better to stay out from btc-e since they are shady and unknown exchange, they can disappear any time
