For a pure Pow coin it is a decision whether to incorporate PoS code in the existing source, or if it is more expedient to migrate to a new codebase that supports both PoS and the PoW algo. Peercoin-style transactions also have a timestamp field, which does not appear in standard PoW transactions, and this has to be dealt with. I can connect you with EmpoEx guys for the swap, but believe me.. you don't know what you are dealing it. Your chance for revival (or whatever) of your coin is 0.00001%.
