Sounds like that article is attacking Bitcoin's anonymity. And it's not spelt BitCoin.

Simply open up C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and add this line to your hosts file:

Yeah, in a few years there will be billion dollar frauds. That's when we'll know that Bitcoin is a legit currency.
