The reason behind the price is the account is 60 activity points from turning hero member. No loans on the account. Neutral trust. Is currently enrolled in a sig campaign. I can sign a message to validate the account if purchaser wishes. Price is non-negotiable. Escrow will be used no matter what. Do not care if its a Legendary Donator member that wishes to purchase it.

Also, I think senior accounts, even ones with the higher activity, are going for less than 0.5 BTC at the moment.
