1, he pays - his investors cash out, driving the price down 2, he doesnt pay - general bitcoin FUD + pirate selling his assets drive the price down Thus, I'm bearish. This past weekend https://www.cavirtex.com/ exchange had low volume at 9.9 to 10 range. That is if you wanted to pick up 200 btc it would take you a bit of time and don't forget the gamble of price fluctuations until you made your purchase. However had you kept your BTC and just use it to purchase hardware then you would not be making any volume movements on the exchanges.
