how does poloniex works? i thought i enter my address and i change instantli with btc, but it isn't so. i entered on exchange but i don't what to do further on. or do i have to enter other way? pls somebody explain to me. and shapeshift also. please it is urgent. they have a slow support.

You tried to enter your BTC address and what happened? Also where did you enter your BTC address?

i entered balance as i was told i asked for an address and  i sent the doge. and i don't know how to get btc instead of them

After you login to Poloniex, go to https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_doge and in third box(Sell Doge), type amount of Doge you deposited in 'Amount' and click sell.

do i have to create an trading account? and there it says at the top deposit not sell.

Click on the whatever the option is to create deposit address.

i believe i lost the doge. i withdraw them in exchange menu to my doge wallet but i didn't receive them back. what should i do?

yes i copy paste the dogechain wallet address and at amount there are the two transactions i made with minus

and one received back

It will take sometime to receive withdrawn amount.

after i make the transaction in btc how do i withdraw btc , i understood they do not have to exchange btc in usd or euro.

You were able to deposit coins without having created an account? Were you on the real exchange or did you use some link from an email or something. What you write sounds strange so maybe you fell for a phishing attack?

Create a Bitcoin address if you don't have one or want to use new address and withdraw BTC to that address. I recommend you to install Electrum or Multibit or Bither and create an address.

i have an account and i followed the answer to my support ticket and yes there was a link in my email, but the email eas as a response to my ticket sent to poloniex

in balances on poloniex there is a place for the amount and under for address. for what address is it for?

Input the amount you want to withdraw & the address and withdraw it.

and where do i find the amont of btc i received by exchanging?
