Moderators , hi i am vishwaratna , who was banned for thread hijacking and spamming said by one of the Moderartor.

i just wanna know will i be again banned as i am vishwaratna ??

please reply me, and suggest me how can i get back my original account??

If you are currently banned then this is ban evasion. You're not allowed to post outside of meta either so you'll need to wait out your ban.

Well if you are permabanned then i guess you are allowed to create a new account and start posting right? Or maybe it means that you are perma banned forever, they should change the ban message to something more clear saying how long is the ban and if you can create or not another account

He is not allowed to create another account as that would be ban evasion. Permabanned means that he is permanently banned from this forum. You would know this if you read "The unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0)".

What makes you think that further breaking the rules will help you in that regard?

sir, just few moments later after posting i understood what is ban evasion..i have req that comments to be deleted...

You can delete it yourself. Click "Delete" which you can see on top-right side of your post,

messages i have deleted..only thread that i started was unable to delete so i reported to moderator and locked it...

One of the mods told that if you don't want to be banned again don't post anywhere except meta section..

You said you won't repeat your mistake but you posted outside this thread which is ban evading.

You are only allowed to post in Meta about your ban. If you talk about anything else or post anywhere else it's considered ban evasion.

What's the length of session...

The longest 'time based' ban that I have heard of is 60 days, so I would add an additional 30 days to that. So go away for 90 days, and ask nicely. Maybe you will be given a different answer.

I just told you that you should wait 90 days. If it has been 30 days then wait another 60. You are more then welcome to browse the forum and read about what interests you while you are still banned (you are just not allowed to post outside of meta and cannot post regarding anything other then to appeal your ban).

Stop fucking writing in huge fonts as it this is very annoying.

I cannot make any promises, and I am not going to be the one who makes the decision for this. However, if you were to not evade your ban for a "long time" and don't otherwise cause problems in a 'good' amount of time then I would say that the chances of your previous accounts of getting unbanned if you ask nicely would be "good".

Not hard to see why you got banned in the first place. For every post you've made since and for each with annoying, huge fonts, you should have another 30 days thrown on for good measure.

So why are you still continuing to post here in this forum? You should go away because you as a person are not accepted here (or this is what the forum thinks). Like the other users said, wait 90-120 days and after make an appeal (but in these days read and learn the forum rules, they are simple!).
