It is clearly stated in the OP that these accounts were given as a collateral. The senior member account here was the loaner itself, so yes, it had a active loan. And to repay the loan back, I have to sell both these accounts which acted as collaterals. Yes, the price can be negotiated. But 0.4 for a senior and member accounts is damn cheap. You can let me know if you can pay 0.4 BTC. May I suggest you have a separate price for each account? You can have the separate price slightly higher to even things out until both accounts are sold.
