I haven't had a single issue and just want to strongly recommend them for anyone who needs to cash out BTC and have cash in hand the same day safely. I haven't used them for buying yet, but I imagine it is really smooth as well. Honestly, their ask is still pretty thin for any "real" buying. It takes more than 3 hrs more for getting my cash credited in my bank account.
