Anyone else with the same feeling? when the excitement is for harmful things, that's not good. bitcoinica, pirate whodunnit mystery, bitfloor, romney tax all make a good story. but if i want entertainment i'll catch a movie. bitcoin has a role that it is still nowhere near fulfilling. these are probably stepping stones on the way there though. the exchanges that remain will learn from those that fail (hopefully). the investors will learn to not send money to opaque ponzi-like businesses. nutjobs demanding ransom for unsubstantiated claims will be ignored, regardless of what type of money they are demanding.
