Title: The Demise Of All Anonymous Coins - DASH Will Be Knocked Off Next
Post by: flipme on May 17, 2015, 09:22:46 AM
I haven't posted in a while, just couldn't stand the daily dribble.
But the recent developments concerning RIPPLE has me excited, because its real news worthwhile posting about.

Owning and using anonymous coins will be a felony soon. The US admin is front running the campaign, the rest of the world will follow.
Your anon coins will be hit hard and the organisations behind them will be fined, or just forbidden by law.

I used to be a real DASH fanboy and own a considerable amount. But this will knock it off, rather sooner than later.
I'll expect a nice pump coming its way and I'm going to sell it all into the next, and final run.

And of course I'll sell it for RIPPLE. Its the only coin to be considered a real financial instrument, more than ever.
And its the first coin which has come clear with FinCEN.

I understand you're entering panic mode, because everybody knows what you stand for.
And calling something more reasonable than your own crap bullshit, won't make it go away.
Better get real, sucker.

For Monero, if you give the view key to the authority, then it becomes not anonymous.

Yup, Monero has on demand privacy and accounts can be made public too if needed, like companies or organizations

In this sense, Bitcoin will be the next, because it's anonymous too. The issue with Bitcoin is about privacy.

Privacy != anonymity.

In privacy-focused coins, there's no way to proof you own those coins per si, unless they track your operations in exchanges or seize your home.

In an anonymous coin it's more easy to prove you own these coins, but your identity is hidden behind a bunch of addresses.

Privacy is about doesn't knowing exactly what you are doing. Anonymity is about doesn't knowng who you are.

There is no privacy with Bitcoin. It is far from anonymous.
