I am slightly interested but I worry how you are verifying it. Will the method you use inflict any rules by paypal in which will ban my account?

No it will not inflict the rules, ive done this 3 times and some customers also did those without problems on paypal. Its just a small verification of 2$ that paypal needs for safety and they can be applied with my vcc , these are visa and mastercards.
