Changing name is upto Admin and he has no time to do something like this. But theymos hardly entertains such requests now a days. So don't get your hopes high.

I reckon he might do it for a full member or above though providing they have no negative trust. If they have no negative trust then they're not trying to hide anything, they're probably just bored of their username. I thought about trying to change mine before but didn't bother trying.
