The site itself should be pretty safe and if you are known with the site procedures you will not likely be scammed. But, NEW USERS, the site works with e-mail confirmations and these e-mails can be easily spoofed. In that case you will not receive a legit e-mail from the site itself but a spoofed e-mail from the user looking exactly the same but most of the time without a in-site-transaction link. So, not saying this user is a scammer but he most likely will try to spoof the e-mail to get you to send the bitcoins otherwise he would've accepted any other escrow service right?
