Everyone is doing what can. For example I can't afford to buy gta v and sell at a lower price like you.

you won't get it for $4 unless if on sale.

1 of my friends get it for $2 at a steam sale

Lowest Steam sales for it have been 50% off, and last one was only 25% off.

It's gonna be very difficult if not impossible to find a copy sold at this rate, as it's one of the highest in demand games. However, good luck anyways.

on what steam sale i never saw one such cheap, why didnt you ask him to buy a copy to you then?

i remember a long time ago there was a discount that i got it for less than two euro so i think it was that one

In the past CSGO have been discount 75% and available to get only 2$
But due to alot of hax  account they (steam) never discount less then 50% now.
So you can't buy it with your 4$

You won't be able to buy it at that price. Sure, I got it for $2 too, but that was only because it was on sale. You'll have to wait until around July for Steam to get on sale again.

It's really hard to find it at that price , basically 7$ is the lowest you could ever get .
