Title: [SCAMMER] Fidel Betancourt JR
Post by: pguerra on May 18, 2015, 10:50:57 PM
I've been selling bitcoins through PayPal for several years. I understand it's risky for the seller, but I've managed to keep the fraud rate low, so the activity is profitable. However once in a while I get a chargeback/dispute. In the past I just assumed the loss and that was it. But now I post the fraudster details online, with the hope that it is seen by a potential victim before he or she completes the transaction.

This particular user was trusted. He bought from me regularly for about a year and never had any problems. But at some point he bought more than usual and then charged back.

Warning: This user is actively getting loans on BTCJam. He can default at any moment, even if his previous loans have been repaid on time.
