Title: Strevos
Post by: LadyLuck on May 20, 2015, 10:20:43 AM
Hi, what do you guys think about this one: http://strevos.com/ ?
Seems that they sell bitcoins cheaper than average on the market.
Or is it a scam?

Strevos and Strevus is not the same, maybe you should change the topic title?

Strevus is a regulatory compliance platform :)

Well if it sounds too goo to be true it usually is :)

Plus, I see Paypal payments, in conjunction with Bitcoin, not a big fan of that.

No transparency, no money. I suggest to skip it.

Definite scam.

Their prices are ridiculous.

Attempted to send an email via their site - it's a dead end.

If he is accepting Paypal for Bitcoin the joke is on him. Give it a try, you can always get your money refunded from Paypal. Unfortunately, even if he actually sends the BTC you can still get refunded from Paypal. I sold BTC on Ebay for a while, so I can tell you this is definitely the case.

I decided to noodle around here checking with you experts over the same spam/scam/or possible "damn"!
considering the venue where I first saw this offer, Im fairly surprised almost 15 days later to see Strevos is still offering the same rates at the same places not being tossed out on his kiwi?
BUT it raises question  number 2 (behind door #2):   What do you all think about buying from gamer sites?
Are there terms requiring a percentage be spent at the site? other terms? I'd have guessed it might be both a) easier to load a wallet from a gamer site  and b)a wee bit pricier- with the gamer serving as a bank of sorts they're entitled to make something for offering the service.
There must be someone with some input i Hope?
Cheers

sounds good but after testing it out with a .1 purchase and more than 3 days pending without recieving the funds..

I guess I will have to ask for reverse transaction and warn other members to stay away from this scam.

Goood idea tho If it were actually true.

Bcareful SKAM!
