Yes escrow is an option for loans over 0.05 BTC. I'm not really sure if it will be necessary for such small amounts and also I offer escrow services.

This should be fairly obvious that it is not a sound loan. Besides the fact that Amazon gift cards are often carded, it would likely not be difficult to recover an Amazon account via social engineering. The lending website with Bitcoin invested/deposited is also risky because of the high default rate on these sites. 

The promise of repayment in a few hours is a sign that this is either a gambling loan or this person simply is planning on abandoning his account once he gets the loan.

Isn't this: if you read my post you could understand that i'm going to make some operation on forex market. It's not gambling, it's trading whit high leverage (abuut 500x). I whant to open a little short position on GBP\USD (not more than 0.1 lots) and increase this if the cross goes down. 0.10 lots are the equal of 10.000$ (whit leverage) so if markets goes bad i risk to lose money. If this happens, i repay my loan whit my salary n next week. But if thing gone well, as i think, (now GBP\USD is over 1.565 - I pland tho short if cross goes under 1.563) i cold repay my loan in a little time. The Amazon account is in my name as the Bitlending account.

People are buying accounts with high activity (Full Member, etc.) to participate in signature campaigns and get higher "pay per post". A lender can sell the collateral account to recover the loaned BTC.

Ok. I undestand. But how really work? Suppose that i have a good account to give you as collateral: how you could obtain my account if i don't pay my loan? I shold give you my ID and my PW? You should change the email of the collateral account? Could you help me to understand?

Lender sends Bitcointalk account username and password to borrower or to a trusted third party(escrow). All important details such as password will be changed. If lender defaults loan, account credentials will be changed and lender can use or sell it.

Ok. Now i understand. But there is an High risk  by using an account as collateral, or not? If i Lend 1BTC to an Hero member, how about should I obtain by reselling is account in case of default? There is a "market" of BTCTalk account??

That is why you shouldn't accept a collateral which is not worth the loan amount unless you trust borrower. This is the same reason why Moebius327 rejected your loan.
